We are based in US, we have our own factory in China and we have warehouse in US, EU, AU and China. Goods will be shipped from US or EU or AU warehouse first if available, if not, then it will be shipped from China warehouse. Normally it will take 3-5 days to ship the goods. Our hair is cuticle Remy hair. All of our hair is mainly collected from European countries, like Russia. It is all cut directly from young lady's hair bulk, full cuticle at the same direction, which is 100% human virgin hair. They can last around 2-3 years with proper care, which is unprocessed, cuticle intact, no tangle, no shedding, soft and silky.
